Agreement

By using Knoggin, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Educational purpose

Knoggin provides general-knowledge learning and trivia content for educational and entertainment purposes. We work to keep information accurate, but facts, sources, and questions may contain errors or become outdated. The app is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Accounts

You can use Knoggin without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for protecting access to your Apple account and device. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's identity. Account deletion can be requested through the Knoggin support page.

Acceptable use

You may use Knoggin for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the app or its services, attempt unauthorised access, misuse automated systems, distribute harmful code, or copy, resell, or exploit app content except where the law permits it.

Content and intellectual property

Knoggin, its design, branding, original text, software, and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to GALYVANT (PTY) LTD. Referenced names, trademarks, images, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. Links to third-party sources are provided for context and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue parts of Knoggin. Online features can be affected by network availability, Apple services, Supabase, Expo, and other systems outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knoggin is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. GALYVANT (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Termination

You may stop using Knoggin at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Changes and contact
